Charlene Birk, MA, PCC

Founder & Director
Leadership, Money & Life Coach
Facilitator & Trainer

I am mission-driven to improve relationships with self, others, and the larger community to thrive and inspire. I am committed to assisting individuals to achieve leadership and personal excellence (an active work-in-progress) through conversations of self-discovery from a practice that leads to awareness and positive relationships. Ready and focused on enhancing strengths and identifying limiting thoughts to empowering mindset that fosters effective leadership and life skills.  I feel very enthusiastic about my clients’ goals by supporting clients where they are and helping bring a compelling leadership identity and vision to life.

My clients benefit from the 25+ years of combined experience in the hospitality, financial, and service industry. Providing legendary customer service is the foundation for my leadership development practice. With vigorous coach training experience,  organizational leadership degree in psychology, actively building 1000+ coaching hours, and working with professionals in the arts, IT, finance, medicine, military personnel, and small business owners allow me to bring a wide range and professionally diverse coaching experience.

Besides coaching, I enjoy facilitating Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion that includes Unconscious Bias, Microaggression, self-care, and any professional development topics that support growth.  I also mentor professionals who are looking to improve their coaching skills and other coaches who are pursuing their International Coach Federation (ICF) credential. I am listed on the ICF Mentor registry.

As the founder of Habitat for Leadership, I bring talent, expertise, and a proactive approach to HFL clients. I believe leadership is dependent on continually rehearsing a set of principles over a period of time using common sense and uncommon levels of commitment, curiosity, and tenacity.
