Charlene is driven in assisting individuals to achieve leadership excellence through conversations of self-discovery from a practice that leads to self-empowerment, positive relationships, and commitment to continued progress. She is ready and focused on identifying limiting thoughts that create doubts to empowering mindset that fosters effective leadership skills.  She is enthusiastic about her clients’ goals by supporting clients where they are and helping bring a compelling leadership identity and vision to life.


Charlene’s 25+ years of combined experience in the hospitality and service industry. Providing legendary customer service is the foundation for her leadership development coaching and facilitation practice. With vigorous coach training experience and organizational leadership degree in psychology, she is actively building 800+ coaching hours working with professionals in the arts, IT, finance, medicine as well as small business owners who want to maximize their self-leadership growth.


Charlene creates and facilitates Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion that includes Unconscious Bias, Microaggression, and self-care. She mentors professionals who are looking to improve their coaching skills and other coaches who are pursuing their International Coach Federation (ICF) credential. She also is on the ICF Mentor registry.


She is the founder of Habitat for Leadership.  She brings talent, expertise and proactive approach to her clients. She believes leadership is dependent on continually rehearsing a set of principles over a period of time using common sense and uncommon levels of commitment, curiosity and tenacity.  She excels in dealing with challenging and complex environments, such as mediating personnel conflicts and removing obstacles to improve workplace relationships.



Master of Arts in Psychology, emphasis on organizational leadership: The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. 

Bachelor of Science in Psychology and minor in Sociology: Arizona State University.
