Christine Tsuchida is a healthcare strategy consultant with over 10 years of payer/health plan experience covering enterprise strategy, provider network, product strategy, and sales. Her personal interests complement professional success through philanthropic leadership and community engagement. 

 

Christine has worked for multiple Fortune 500 companies, across a number of divisions including operations, marketing, business solutions, and account management. In these roles, she has successfully developed new product lines, increased market share, reduced overhead, and managed multi-million dollar projects. She is flexible, creative, efficient, and driven. Christine excels at observing processes and designing solutions, as well as creating structures for new initiatives.  She has the foresight to anticipate challenges, present solutions, get buy-in and adoption, and successfully implement changes that help teams and organizations navigate the ever-changing healthcare field. Christine's industry experience allows her to conceptualize the big-pictures while diving into the details when needed.

 

Christine is passionate about community health, which motivates her to improve member experience, employee efficiency, and philanthropy board performance. Through the American Cancer Society’s innovation lab, she created a new line of revenue by way of branded merchandise. Christine combines her industry and philanthropic experience to create solutions that have direct and positive impacts on teams, organizations, and the community.
