Vimla Gulabani, MBA, PCC

Vimla is an ICF certified PCC, and is an Executive and Leadership Coach. Vimla also has been Money Coaching a diverse population. She has also created and led professional learning series for coaches; created and led training to bring coaching competencies within the organization. 

 

Vimla’s one-on-one clients have included students, young professionals, executives, politicians, celebrities, Asian Americans, Black Americans, White Americans, and people belonging to the LGBTQ community. Her Engineering & Applied Math background in addition to Meditation practice & Coaching skills are an asset in building connections. As an Executive Coach, Vimla works with leaders on the competencies of Influencing Others, Decision Making, Creating a Vision, Leadership Presence and Building Relationships. 

 

Vimla is passionate about connecting people to their purpose and passion in life, while holding an inclusive space for all their life experiences. She brings calm, confidence and non-judgement to her coaching, she holds open and welcoming space for her mentees, clients and trainees to step into their courage & confidence as they work on their learning and growth. Vimla spent her early childhood and undergrad years in India; India’s culture with its intersectionality of over 2000 ethnic groups gave her a heightened awareness and appreciation of diversity. As a facilitator, and trainer Vimla has a deep appreciation and respect for diversity of voices in a room, she creates intentional space for diverse voices, the introvert, the extrovert, eager voices, and hesitant voices.
